1. Welcome

2. Who Can Shop

You must be 18+ to place an order, or have a guardian assist you. A valid email and Indian delivery address are required.

3. What You Can’t Do

Please don’t use our website for illegal, harmful, or commercial purposes. Orders are for personal use only. We don’t support purchases from unauthorized sellers or third-party platforms.

4. Prices & Delivery

• Prices include GST.
• Delivery charges (₹150) are added at checkout.
• Some orders may have extra delivery fees if split into multiple packages.
• Discounts and offers may come with specific conditions.
  
  

5. How to Order

• Add items to your cart and click “Checkout”.
• You’ll get a confirmation email after placing your order.
• Once approved, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation, which means your order is confirmed.
  

We may cancel your order due to stock issues, legal concerns, or misuse. If payment is made, we’ll refund you.

6. Payment Options

We accept:

• Credit/Debit Cards
• UPI
• Net Banking
  

Cash on Delivery is not available.
Invoices are shared by email and in your package.

7. Delivery

• Delivery timelines are shared at checkout.
• For bulk orders, expect 5–14 business days.
• If delivery fails after 3 attempts, the package returns to us, and you’ll get a refund (minus delivery fee).
• During natural disasters or unrest, delivery may be delayed or canceled.
  

8. Returns & Cancellations

Cancellation Policy

• You can cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it for a full refund.
• No cancellations are allowed once the product is out for delivery.
  

Return Policy

• We do not offer returns for a refund.
• However, if you return the product after receiving it, you will get a credit note to use on future purchases.
• A return processing fee of ₹250 will be charged.
  

9. Wrong, Damaged, or Defective Products

To help us investigate, please:

1. Do not use the damaged item.
2. Be ready to answer a few questions about the issue.
3. Share clear photos of the product, packet, and any damaged areas.
4. If the item is found used, we will not issue any refund, exchange, or credit.
   

10. Product Info

We try to keep product details accurate. Slight differences in color or size may happen. If you're unhappy, please return the product as per our return policy.

11. Our Responsibility

We’re not liable for issues caused by things outside our control (like natural disasters or government actions). Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order.
